An Open Door and An Open Heart

On behalf of our Berchmans Academy community, I would like to thank you for visiting our website today and I sincerely hope that you will join us for a closer look into the gift of Sacred Heart education on our beautiful campus.  The treasure of a Sacred Heart education is something that is at once both difficult to articulate and impossible to forget.  A legacy of 200 years and the gift of a lifetime, we hope that you will come and see and believe our Mission to make the future noble by forming the minds and hearts of young people in a challenging and innovative academic environment that reflects the aims and ideals of the Sacred Heart of Jesus.

Our identity is founded on the guiding principles of all-boys education and the scientific data that supports that boys perform better academically, grow in confidence and independence, and are unafraid to fail in environments that are specifically tailored to meet their needs.  

I invite you to come to our picturesque campus and see firsthand the 250 acres of holy ground that we call home.  A break from distractions and steeped in the beauty of God’s creation, our boys not only find themselves, but also meaningful, lasting friendships, and a true lifelong love of learning at Berchmans.  While walking the paths of saints and visiting the Shrine of St. John Berchmans at the exact site of the miracle in 1861, our boys lean into their faith and love of God, and this Catholic identity and charism is woven into everything that we do on campus.
