Alumni Spotlight: Jackson Russo

Class of: 2018

College:

Jackson signed to play baseball at Millsaps College before Berchmans Graduation, and played for the Millsaps Majors throughout his undergrad career.  Jackson graduation with a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Minor in Business Administration in 2022, and he is currently pursuing his MBA at Millsaps.

In July 2022, Jackson spent the month in London taking classes in international business and communications on the campus of University College.

Favorite Memory at Berchmans:

My favorite memory at Berchmans is plaing Gotcha with the little kids every morning.

Favorite Tradition:

My favorite tradition is Senior Conge. It's a day for everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, to get together and just have fun.

What will you miss the most about berchmans?

I will miss the family that I made while here.  No matter what was going on, I always had someone willing to listen.  And, lunch.  I'll definitely miss lunch.

How has Sacred Heart prepared you for life beyond berchmans academy?

Berchmans Academy has taught me to live live to the fullest and that there is no time to waste.  Life should be enjoyed.
